Julie has been practising law since 1996 in small, medium and large firms and has picked up a wealth of experience across most areas of practice, including family law, commercial litigation, insolvency and corporate work. This breadth of experience means that she often has particularly valuable insight into her client’s legal problems as her advice can draw on this experience and ensure that her clients receive a higher level of expertise and insight than from a legal adviser with narrow experience.
She has specialised in the area of private client and property since 2005, having been appointed Senior Tutor in Private Client at the University of Glasgow in 2009, and Director of Private Client in a large Glasow firm in 2013.
Julie is one of the founding Directors of the firm which began trading in 2018. She has been enjoying re-engaging with clients and contacts from previous firms and expanding the new business’s client base which is evolving as planned to be a niche commercial practice with the private legal needs of our corporate clients are well looked after.
