Ella graduated with her first LLB degree from Odessa State University in Ukraine and, following her move to Scotland, with second LLB degree from Edinburgh University. She trained with Warners Commercial in Edinburgh and joined MTL in 2019.
Her client base includes medium to large property investors, hospitality clients and business owners. She was involved in restructuring of the joint venture vehicle in relation to the leading hospitality company value up to £6,000,000. She is bilingual and speaks both English and Russian languages.
